The location will be in the band room at PCGS. Use doors marked N2 (just west of doors N3 we normally use) for both Friday evening and Sunday morning Sunday school. Follow down the steps and hallway into the band room.

We would like to start promptly at 6:30pm Friday and 9:15am Sunday in order to connect by Zoom in a timely way with our missionaries. The usual doors will be open for those attending the worship service Sunday morning. Refreshments will be provided Friday evening; child care will not be provided on either day.

Supper at the Memorial Building to begin at 6:00 pm.

Even if you can’t make it for caroling, please join us for a soup supper.

WHAT to BRING:

Please bring a pot of soup and a side/dessert to share.

Water, coffee, tea, and table service will be provided

The Memorial building will be unlocked before caroling if you wish to drop off your soup and sides on your way to Vriendschap.

As a result the session calls for a congregational meeting for September 1, 2019 immediately following the morning service at the Memorial Building, to discuss increasing health insurance by $708 per month, increasing half the social security costs by $157 per month, and increasing the pension by $83 per month, for a total monthly increase of $948 beginning in September 2019.

The Session has called for a congregational meeting for Sunday, August 19, following the 5:30 p.m. evening service at Hope Reformed.  At this meeting we will hold an election for Jordan Roose and Phil Stam to the office of deacon, and John Marstall to the office of elder.  Also at this meeting we will vote on a change in salary compensation for Pastor Jensen, increasing it by $756 for the remainder of 2018 to cover an unexpected spike in his family’s health insurance premiums.  Finally, should John Marstall be elected at this meeting, we will discuss communicating to the presbytery that we no longer have a need for an elder augment, with gratitude for Elder Burke’s service to our church.
